In 2020, Jenna started her fitness journey with no experience — struggling with asthma, poor mental health, and an unhealthy relationship with food. There was no neat starting line. Just a quiet decision to try something different.
Through sustainable nutrition, CrossFit, accountability, and small lifestyle changes, she lost 80 pounds and — more importantly — built a healthier relationship with food and training that has lasted years, not weeks.
She became a CrossFit Level 1 Coach and Precision Nutrition Certified Coach to help others navigate the same struggles she lived through. Align Collective is the coaching practice she wishes had existed when she started.
